Delivery and Conditions
When you buy flowers online, please keep in mind:
- All Sydney wide deliveries $10-$50
- Sydney service available Mon - Sat
- Sorry, no Sunday deliveries (excluding Mother's Day) or Public Holidays.
- If ordered before 10.00am - Gauranteed same day delivery.
- If ordered AFTER 10.00am - Same day delivery must be confirmed.
Whenever possible we will attempt to deliver the majority of orders ourselves, we have also selected specialised network couriers to keep your transport costs as low as possible. We cannot do timed deliveries (eg: before 11am) but will deliver orders in our normal delivery runs.
All prices are in Australian Dollars, GST inclusive. Orders will not be sent until full payment has been received.
Please enter delivery address details and contact phone numbers when placing orders. Please try and include any relevant information that will help our drivers (Business names, department names, hospital ward/room numbers etc). If you provide incorrect delivery details, you may be required to pay another delivery fee. If this problem arises we will attempt to contact you immediately, if you cannot resolve the problem without delay, redelivery will be attempted the following trading day.
We consider a delivery to be completed if goods are left at the given address in the event no one is there to receive delivery.
We accept no responsibility for goods once a delivery is complete. We cannot be held liable for injuries, illness, loss or damage incurred by using our products.

Flowers and Containers
We reserve the right to change any flowers (or containers) if what you have selected is not available due to any of the following; out of season, out of stock, or not at our highest quality standards. Flowers and/or boxes will be replaced with items of equal or greater value.
We only receive your personal information to fulfil your orders and receive payments via PayPal. We will not Sell or share your information with any other parties, unless we are required by law to disclose such information.
Returns, Refunds and Replacements
If you believe you have received faulty goods, or your flowers expire within 24 hours, please contact us immediately. We will require any claims to be made in writing with photos of original flowers within 24 hours of your nominated delivery date.
The words we/our/us refer to Kelvin Hall Designs. The words you/your refers to the sender and/or receiver of flowers.
